What type of balloon is this?

I am talking about the blue big balloon with the snowflake in the first picture and the giant polka dot in the second picture.

I'm not interested in those particular colors or prints, simply curious as to what type of balloon it is.

Judging from their perfectly round shape and solid material, I would say that these are Qualatex Deco Bubbles. The bubble balloons are made of stretchy plastic and inflate perfectly round, which makes them look a bit like beach balls.
