If I don't want to use string to tie the balloons, what are my options?

Hi there,
You can get specialized balloon clips at Amazon. They exist in different sizes. You can see clips for larger balloons (17", 24", 36") at this link.
Alternatively, you could also try small food bag sealing clips, but these will be more visible than the transparent and differently shaped balloon clips.
