Instructions for "Nothing But Net" (Basketball Hoop)

I saw a picture called "nothing but net" in images magazine apr/may/june/2009. It is a basketball hoop with floating basketball. Does anyone have instructions on how to make the hoop?

Unfortunately I have never seen this decor nor do I have instructions how to make it. If you are subscribed to the BalloonHQ.com mailing list, you could ask folks there. One of the balloon pros on that list might just have the recipe for you.
