I agree with having them made. You save money on shipping and handling. I went to a welder and took him a picture of a base and gave him the dimensions I wanted for the base and even took the pole so he could weld the upright right onto the base. I painted them and they work great.

I did a search for Singapore on the Qualatex Find-A-Pro page. 20 results came up for Singapore. Just give it a try yourself and phone the balloon professionals to see if they sell column bases and arch frames, or if they can recommend a supplier.

Another option would be to search for "balloon suppliers Singapore" on Google. In general it is difficult to find balloon suppliers who carry column bases and arch frames.
