How can I hang balloons upside down like this and also where can I purchase different sizes of round balloons for this type of decoration?

Hi there!

I haven't tried this myself, but I have heard that you simply put a marble into the balloons before blowing them up with air.

Then you tie the balloons with ribbons of different length onto the branches of the tree.

Perfectly round shaped latex balloons are rather hard to get, especially in different sizes.

However, I've found these nice 24 inch round latex balloons at Amazon in various colors.

Simply blow them up to different sizes to achieve the look you want.
