How can I add 5 petal flowers to frame of arch

Hello, I know how to arrange balloons to make a flower balloon arch, but how do I make the 5 petal balloon arch?

Not sure that I can help you out here. The instructions I found are all using clusters of 4 balloons, like for example in this video:
