Curly Balloons - Where can I buy them?

Hi there, I hope you guys can help me I am looking for a special type of balloon that my grandpa used to buy to me, when I was growing up and now I am trying to find them for my nephew’s circus theme birthday. They are long like the modeling balloons but are wavy.

I found a web page from China and they call it four section balloons, but I cannot place an order there. And I was wondering if somebody knew where I could find them.

Thank you so much and I am sorry for this stupid question but it is his first birthday and my first nephew.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers, perhaps ... I think your wish to give your first nephew a very special gift is a wonderful idea.

I first searched for "wavy balloons", but couldn't find anything. So I tried "curly balloons" and found this video that shows how to easily create curly balloons from the so-called 260q balloons.

Well, the guy in the video certainly makes it look easy - but I guess that blowing up one of those twisting balloons with your mouth needs some practice.
