Unfortunately, Party Punter's website does not exist anymore.

There are companies that rent these centerpieces, e.g. this one:

And here's a company that sells them (rather expensive though!):

You might be better off to make those feather vases yourself. At Amazon, you can get sets of Ostrich feathers and Eiffel tower vases in various colors.
