POOR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS NEW

This two person company has the WORST COMMUNICATION and ways of doing business. When you try calling them, after you have already given the deposit, they do not return calls to answer questions. I made a final payment a week ago, and mind you my event is this week, and the final payment (by way of check) has not been cashed, I've received no final invoice showing $0.00, sent two e-mails and as of today (8/23/12)I've received no communication, so finally I left a voicemail for Mr. Randy Zack hoping for a return call.

And initially when I decided to go with this company it took them over 1 1/2 months to send me an invoice, then once I made the 1/3 payment instead of taking that from my credit card they took the entire balance owed. POOR....POOR....POOR way of doing business. I will never use again or refer anyone.
