I am assuming you are looking for a software that lets you design balloon decor examples to show to prospective customers.

If you meant something else, please let me know in the comments below.

The only commercially available software program I know of is called Decoloons.

Developed by balloon decorator Ken Stillman, it allows you to compose a wide range of balloon designs on different backgrounds. You can change size, color and position of all the balloon decoration elements.

You can fill the library with photos from your own balloon decors - a great way to personalize the design examples.

Mokup Pro was developed by Canadian company Balloon Kitz. They say on their website:

There was no pricing information on Mokup Pro's website. It seems to be subscription based, with a monthly fee.

I've contacted them to ask about the price and if they offer a free trial, like the other two design programs.

Received an answer from Balloon Kitz: they offer a 3 day free trial. Subscription costs $24 per months if you keep your account after the free trial ends.
